We focus on direct investment in manufactured housing communities, extended stay RV parks, and self storage facilities as we believe these are the most recession-resilient assets that hold the most opportunity. Based out of Tampa, FL we decided to focus on high-growth markets across the state of Florida. We prefer to purchase properties direct-to-owner and strive to create win-win scenarios for sellers, investors, and residents.
